Returns Policy

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while considering the delicate nature of plants. Live plants are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, as they are perishable; however, if a plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement of the same type, subject to availability. Pots and non-living accessories can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection, excluding shipping charges. Natural variations in plants and minor handmade imperfections in pots are considered normal and not defects.
